Paying, trials and cancelling
Is there a free trial of the paid plan?
Yes. The monthly plan has a 30-day free trial, once per customer. You add a card, but nothing is charged during the 30 days.
Will you remind me before I pay?
Yes. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. For the yearly plan, we email you 30 days before it renews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep the paid features until the end of the time you paid for. If you change your mind before then, press "Changed my mind".
Do I get money back if I cancel early?
No. There are no partial refunds, but you keep the paid features until the end date.
What happens to my extra pages if I go back to free?
They are hidden, not deleted. They come back if you upgrade again.
Does the yearly plan have a trial?
No. The yearly plan is already cheaper: $150 a year instead of $180.
Do you charge HST?
No. HST not charged (small supplier under $30,000).
